An eight-week course on respectful beginnings, designed to help expecting parents build confidence, skills, and connection—before baby arrives. These two-hour sessions are grounded in research and real life: big-picture principles, implementable details, and lots of space for discussion and questions. Whether you're reading every parenting book or not sure where to start, this course offers thoughtful guidance for navigating early parenthood with clarity and care.
Curriculum Overview
Respectful Caregiving 101: Trust, observation, and slowing down
Natural Motor Development: Movement unfolds from within
The Role of Play: Exploration, learning, and connection from day one
Attachment & Brain Development: Responsive care and co-regulation
Caregiving Routines: Diapering, feeding, bathing with dignity and clarity
Infant Sleep & Language: Setting realistic expectations and supporting communication
Relationships After Baby: Caring for yourself, your partner, and your family system *If you have a partner/support person, please prioritize both being here during this class especially
The First Four Weeks: What to expect and how to build a fourth trimester that works

This fee reflects the full value of the 8-week program, which includes 16 hours of hands-on instruction, resources, and community support.
